Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things with are seen were not made of things which do appear.

This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

When times are such that despair could overtake me, I can read the Lord's Words in the Book of Psalms. Oftentimes, we can be oblivious to the pain that we have because we will not pay attention and KNOW that God is in Charge. Jesus Christ is the author and finisher of our faith. We can realize that when we are most afraid, most vunerable, is the time that we need to trust in the Lord. We can trust that God won't let us falter if we look to the examples of Life that Jesus let us see to overcome all things.
